The service
Claimrank provides a public leaderboard for software products. Paid bid amount determines rank; equal bids are ordered by the time their placement was completed. Rankings can change whenever another product completes a higher bid.
Your submission
You represent that you are authorized to submit the product URL and that the listing does not violate law or third-party rights. You grant Claimrank permission to fetch, store, resize, and display publicly available metadata from that website for operating and promoting the leaderboard.
Payments and refunds
Prices are in whole US dollars and payments are processed by PayPal. Applicable taxes remain the responsibility of Claimrank or the customer as required by law. Completed payments are final and non-refundable except where applicable law, PayPal rules, a reversal, or a valid dispute requires otherwise. A payment purchases a placement at the paid bid amount, not a guaranteed duration, traffic level, click count, or business result.
Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue Claimrank and may correct obvious technical or payment errors. We may remove or disable a listing when required by law, our providers, or platform safety obligations. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or permanent retention of any rank.
Disclaimers and liability
Claimrank is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Our total liability relating to a paid placement will not exceed the amount paid for that placement.
